Right from the get-go, 23XI/FRM has been targeting NASCAR with the tag of being a monopoly. In essence, it is their key argument in the charter dispute against the France Family. However tags and labels do not hold up in courts, and that is why the teams are now making their move to validate their claims.

Myth: NASCAR is a Southern sport
Busted! This was true when NASCAR was in its nascent stages. Today, however, it has grown into one of the biggest televised sporting events in the country.
