NASCAR has been a 3 horse race for more than a decade. Gone are the days when different engine manufacturers compete at the highest level of stock car racing. Chevy, Ford, and Toyota are the top dogs in the competition. 

However, this balance of power could shift very soon as the old NASCAR manufacturer is ramping up their plan to return to the premier series.

Cup Series Can Have Its 4th OEM Sooner Than You Expect

We might see the Cup Series have its 4th OEM as soon as 2027.
