NASCAR made it very clear that drivers using cheeky tactics will face consequences. Like every season, the sanctioning body rolled out a bunch of rule changes. One of which restricted the drivers to use their hands to block ‌the wind at speedways. Well, the message wasn’t clear to Noah Gragson, who just resorted to old trick, and later got penalized by the officials.
