The NASCAR rulebook is complex and continues to change every year. And the sanctioning body has once again sparked discussion with its latest rollout. NASCAR is offering RAM a free spot under the OEM rule to help the manufacturer get its foot back in the sport. However, Dale Jr. feels otherwise and has urged NASCAR not to hand out free spots on the grid.
